RESOLUTION 14 - 73
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That in accordance
with Section 50-1002 Idaho Code, the Mayor and Council of the
City of Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho will meet on -Tuesday
the 27th day of March, 1973 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock•p.m., in
the Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone at Chubbuck, Idaho,
for the purpose of considering and fixing a final budget and making
appropriations to each department or fund for the current fiscal -
year, at which time any taxpayer may appear and show cause,
if an he has, why such proposed budget should or should not be.
adopted. That the following table sets forth the estimated expendi-
tures and sets forth the amount to be appropriated to each depart-
ment or fund for the current fiscal year.
