included within the boundaries of
the City of Chubbuck and are
made a part of the jurisdictional
limits of the City of Chubbuck:
Beginning at a point on the
North boundary of the Soutl -
west 1/4 of said Section 2,
midway between the Eastboun
alar and the West boundary

1982 contained a typographical

is occupied by the Fort Hall
Main Canal and right-of-way for
a road which is 0.24 acres of
highway.
The same being the, lands owned
by Gary H. Carlsen.
An emergency is hereby de-
clared to exist and this Ordin-
ance shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon its pas-
sage and approval and publica-
tion as required by law.
