NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 2nd day of January,
1975 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock
p.m., in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho the
Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Chubbuck will hold a
public hearing to act upon the
following:
1. A proposal by Mr. and Mrs.
Allen L. Pierce and John O.'
Cotant, Jr. requesting a variance
in zoning which will allow Mr. and
Mrs. Pierce to use a building at
the rear of property at 4806
Hawthorne to warehouse products
which is distributed in his
business. Mr. Pierce operates AI's
Distributing Company and would
I ike to purchase the home and this
building at 4806 Hawthorne, which
lies in a Residential -2 Livestock
zone, if variance is approved and
granted.
2. A proposal by Vern E. Her-
zog, Jr., Attorney for Eastern
Idaho Trailer Sales, requesting a
temporary variance to locate a
mobile trailer home to be used as
an office upon property located at
4212 Yellowstone. This property is
the new location of Eastern Idaho
Trailer Sales in Chubbuck and
located in C-3 (General Com-
mercial ) zone. The variance
request, if allowed, shall com-
mence January 1, 1975 and ter-
minate February 15, 1975.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support
of or in opposition to the proposed
change.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
