AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5
OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO, TO SPECIFY THAI'
THE LICENSE FEES
REQUIRED FOR ESTABLISH-
MENTS HANDLING LIQUOR BY
THE DRINK SHALL BE THE
MAXIMUM AMOUNT
AUTHORIZED BY IDAHO
CODE SECTIONS 23-904 and 23-
916, AS NOW IN EFFECT AN
AS THEY MAY HEREAFTER
BE AMENDED: AND
PROVIDING WHEN THIS OR.
DINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: That Section 3 of
Ordinance No. 5 of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, passed and
approved on the 81h day Of May,
1951, is hereby amended as

SECTION 2, That the rule
requiring ordinances to be read on.
three separate days is hereby
dispensed with, and this or-
dinance shall become effective
upon its approval and publication
as provided by law.

AND COUNCIL of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho, this 15th clay of
November, 1914.
