NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 7th day of Novem-
ber, 1.74 at the hour of 8:00
o'clock p.m., in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Ye€lowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho the
Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Chubbuck w€li hold a
public hearing to act upon the
following:
1. A proposal by Harry
Furgesen, Pocatello, Idaho
requesting a conditional use
permit to allow him to construct a
tri-plex residential unit on Lot 11,
Block L Ne€der 1st Addition,
which is zoned Residential 2.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support
of or in opposition to the proposed
change.
