ORDINANCE NO. 116
AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN
LANDS AND PROPERTY
WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK
OWNED BY MOBILE MANOR,
INC., TO BE RE -ZONED AND
BINED RESIDENTIAL) TO R -2T
(MOBILE HOME); AND
PROVIDING WHEN THIS OR-
DiNANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
=-ON 1. That the following
describes i__,4+ and property
within the boundaries of the City
of Chubbuck, Idaho, owned by
Mobile Manor, Inc., be re -zoned
and changed from R-2 (Combined
Residential) to R -2T (Mobile
Home) :
Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 and 11 of
Block 1, and Lot I of Block 4,
Mobile Manor Subdivision,
Bannock County, Idaho, as the
same appears on the official plat
thereof, filed in the office of the
County Recorder for Bannock
County, Idaho.
SECTION 2. That the rule
requiring ordinances to be read on
three separate days is hereby
disp'nsed with, and this or-
dinance shall became effective
upon its approval and publication
as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho this 24th day of
September, 1974.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
