NOTICE OF PIfBL CC HEARIHEARING
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 5th day of Sep-
tember, 1974 at the hour of 8:00
o'clock p.m., in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho the
Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Chubbuck will hold a
public hearing to act upon the
following:
1. A proposal by Dan E. and Ellen
E. Kunz, 457 Whitaker Rd.,
requesting a conditional use
permit to allow them to build a
four-plex residential unit on their
property at 421 Whitaker Road.,
which is zoned Residential -2
Livestock.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support
of or in opposition to the proposed
change.

therein.
