NOTICECP PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE iS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 1st day of August,
1974, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock
p.m., in -the city municipal
building, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, the
Planning and Zoning Commission
ofthe City of Chubbuck will hold a
public hearing to act upon the
following:
1. A proposal by Mr. and Mrs.
William R. Sparks, 228 Burley
Drive, requests a variance of
zoning to allow them to place a
mobile home on their lot which
adioins their property at 228
Burley Drive.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support
of or in opposition to the proposed
change.

therein.
