NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 2nd day of'7uly, 1974 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m., in the Fire Station Meeting Room, 4727 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Chubbuck will hold a public hearing to act upon the following: 1. A proposal by Mr. and Mrs. O.C. Johnson, 535 Bluebird, Mobile Manor Subdivision, ap- plying for a variance which will allow them to retain the following described structure. A step platform about 4 ft. 6 inches wide and 20 feet long with steps on each end and not attached to the mobile home, with a 4 foot steel awning over this platform. The steps and awning are within the seven foot side yard requirement. This is in a Residential -2 Trailer Zone. 2. A proposal by Kent J. Parrish, Mobile Manor, Inc., requesting the City of Chubbuck rezone the area adjacent to Mobile Manor which lies on the south side of Chubbuck Road to Residential -2 Trailer Zone for double wide mobile homes. The area includes Lots 1 thru 11, Block 1 and Lot 1 Block 4, Mobile Manor Sub- division, Chubbuck, Bannock County, Idaho. This area is now presently zoned Residential -2. 2. A proposal by Garland Henry, 4926 Yellowstone, petitioning the Planning and Zoning Commission for a variance to permit him to reside within his mobile home at its present location at 4926 Yellowstone Avenue. This being in a Commercial -1 Zone. Interested citizens may appear and at the time will be given an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to the proposed change.
