NOTICEOF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE Is HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 16th day of April,
1974, at the hour of 8:04 o'clock
p.m., in the Municipal building at
5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho the city council.
of the City of Chubbuck will hold a
public hearing to act upon the
following:
1. To review an appeal per-
taining to a conditional use permit
proposal by Kent J. Parrish,
Mobile Manor, Inc. requesting a
conditional use permit to allow
construction of six (6) four -unit
residences on the south side of
Chubbuck Road, Lots three
through eleven of Block one,
Mobile Manor. This property
presently zoned Residential -2.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support
of or in opposition to the proposed
change.
