NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 15th day of April,
1974, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock
p.m., in the Municipal building at
5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho the Planning
and Zoning Commission of the
City of Chubbuck will hold a
public hearing to act upon the
following:
1. A resolution adopted by the
city council March 29, 1974, for an
amendment to Zoning Ordinance
No. 98 to include reception centers
among the conditional uses
permitted in all Residential zones
except Residential I.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support
of or in opposition to the proposed
change.

Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
