NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 18th day of April,
1974, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock
p.m., in the Municipal building at
5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho the Planning
and Zoning Commission of the
City of Chubbuck will hold a
public hearing to act upon the
following requests:
1. Dan E., and Ellen E. Kunz,
457 Whitaker, request a con-
ditional use permit to allow them
to build and operate a reception
center on west side of the 400
block, Whitaker Road, which is in
a Residential 2 zone.
2. Lee and Lois Lenon, request
a conditional use permit to use the
former Southern Baptist Church
on the corner of Adams Street and
Lucky Avenue as a reception
center. This property being in a
Residential 2 Trailer zone.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in
support of or in opposition to the
proposed change.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
