AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK,
COUNTY, IDAHO AP-
PROPRIATfNG THE SEVERAL
SUMS OF MONEY DEEMED -
NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT
TO DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES
AND LIABILITIES OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON
THE 1st DAY OF JANUARY,
1974, AND ENDING ON THE 315t
DAY OF DECEMBER, 1974, AND
DESIGNATING THE DIF-
FERENT FUNDS TO WHICH
THE REVENUES RECEIVED
DURING SAID FISCAL YEAR
SHALL BE CREDITED AND
FROM WHICH EXPENSES
SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID,
AND KNOWN AS THE "AN-
NUAL APPROPRIATION OR-
DINANCE OF 1974";
PROVIDING FOR THIS OR-
DINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT
AFTER ITS PASSAGE, AP-
PROVAL AND PUBLICATION
ACCORDING TO LAW.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following
funds are hereby designated as
the proper funds into which all
revenues accruing to the City of
Chubbuck from all sources shall
be paid during the fiscal year
beginning on the 1st day of
January, 1974 and ending on the
31st day of December, 1974:
GENERALFUND
WATERWORKSFUND
SEWER REVENUE FUND
Section 2: That the following
sums of money are hereby ap-
propriated from the General Fund
for the payment of all general
expenses of the City of Chubbuck
during aforesaid fiscal year:
410 -General Government,
$85,641.00; 422 -Law Enforcement
& Protection, 567,050.00; 423 -Fire
Control & Prevention, $30,621.08;
424 -Building Inspection &
Ad ministration, $6,300.00; 430.
Transportation -Highway Streets
& Roads, $77,350.00; 432 -
Engineering, S1,500,01); 438 -Parks,
$14,100.00; 452 -Health & Welfare,
$5,200.00; 490 -Other Govern-
mental Purposes, $22,650.21
Total General Fund, $310,412.29
Section 3: That the following
sums of money are hereby ap-
propriated from the Waterworks
Fund for the payment of all
waterworks expenses, garbage
sanitation expenses and sewage
revenue and administration
expenses of the City of Chubbuck
Turing aforesaid fiscal year

433 -Garbage Sanitation -Salaries
& Maintenance, S35,839.20; 435.

Total Waterworks Fund
$278,193.11
Section 4: That the following
sums of money are hereby ap-
propriated from the Sewer
Revenue Fund for the payment of
all sewer Construction expenses of
the City of Chubbuck during
aforesaid fiscal year.

being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That____________________________
was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,

lished in said County for a period of seventy-eight weeks prior to the

the meaning of the fa of Idaho.
