INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS:
INVITATION:
Sealed bids for furnishing one (1)
New 1974 Combination Backhoe -
Loader as described in
"Specifications" will be
received at the Chubbuck City
Office, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue,
Chubbuck, Idaho until 5: 00 o'clock
p.m. on the 9th day of April, 1974.
The ENVELOPE containing your
proposal must be sealed, show the
Invitation To Bid number and the
date and time of opening.
GENERAL:
The intention of of the
specifications is to describe
combination Backhoe -Loader in
sufficient detail to secure bids on
comparable equipment. The bid
envelope must contain a copy of
descriptive literature, giving
Model and factory specifications
of units proposed.
BID SECURITY:
Cashier's check or bidder's bond
in the amount of not less than five
per cent (5 per cent) of total
price submitted must accompany
proposal. Bid security of un-
successful bidders will be
returned after award of bid,
DELIVERY: Proposal submitted
must show: Delivery cost to
Chubbuck, Idaho.
:AWARD OF BIDS:
The City of Chubbuck reserves the
right to accept or to reject any one
or all proposals, or to accept the
proposal best suited to the
requirements to the City of
Chubbuck. All proposals
evaluated according to
specifications furnished by City of
Chubbuck.
WARRANTY:
Copy of factory warranty must

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
