NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, That in accordance with
Section 50-1002 Idaho Code, the
Mayor and Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Bannock Couty, Idaho
will meet on Tuesday the 26th day
of March, 1974 at the hour of 8:00
o'clock p.m., in the Municipal'
Building, 5160 Yellowstone at
Chubbuck, Idaho, for the purpose
Of considering and fixing a final
budget and making ap-
propriations toeach department
or fund for the current fiscal year,
at which time any taxpayer may
appear and show cause, if any he
has, why such proposed budget
should or should not be adopted.
That the following table sets forth
the estimated expend4ures and
sets forth the amount to be ap-
propriated to each department or
fund for the current fiscal year.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
