NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 21st day of March,
1974, at the hour of 8.00 o'clock
p,m, in the Municipal building
at FF160 Yellowstone Avenue.,
Chubbuck, Idaho the Planning
and Zoning Commission of the
City of, Chubbuck will hold a
public heaing to act upon the
following requests;
f. A proposal by Kent J. Par-
rish, Mobile Manor, Inc." re-
questing a gonditional use per-
mit to allow construction of six
(6) four -unit residences on the
south side of Chubbuck Road,
lots three through eleven of
Block one, Mobile Manor. This
property presently zoned Resi-
dential -2.
2. Jerry R. Tydeman, 156 Hi-
way Avenue requests a variance
or conditional usepermit, which-
ever is applicable, to allow the
placement of a mobile home on
their property for occupancy by
ailing grandparents.
3. M. R. Metcalfe, 226 Adams,
requests a variance in Residen-
tial -3 zone to allow operation
of Citizens Band radio equip-
ment sales and service business
in his home.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in sup-
port of or in opposition to the
proposed change.
