NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 7th day of March
1974, at the hour of 8:00 o'cloc�C
P.m., in the Municipal building at
5160 Yellowstone Ave., Chub -
buck, Idaho the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the city
of Chubbuck will hold a public
hearing to act upon the follow-
ing requests:
1.
Aproposal by Harry Belangee,
Jr., 150 South Lucky, requesting
a conditional use permit to allow
him to build a four-plex resi-
dential unit at 150 South Lucky
which is zoned Residential -2
Trailers.
2. A uronosal by Dan E. and
Ellen E. Kunz, 457 Whitaker'
Rd., requesting a conditional use
permit to allow them to build a
four-plex residential unit on
their property in the 400 block
Whitaker Rd., which is zoned
Residential -2 Livestock.
3. A proposal by Dan F. and
Ellen E. Kunz, 457 Whitaker
Rd., requesting a variance to
allow them to build a reception
center and operate this business
on their property in the 400
block Whitaker Dr., which
is zoned Residential -2 Live-
stock.
4. A proposal by Robert J. Svc -
bads requesting a variance to
build storage unit buildings on
Property located at the west end
Of Of Briscoe Rd, and operate
the business at the location
which is zoned Residential
Livestock.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in sup-
port of or in opposition to the
Proposed change.
