NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 7th day of Feb-
ruary', 1974, at the hour of 8:00
o'clock p.m., in the Municipal
building at 5160 Yellowstone
Ave., Chubbuck, Idaho the Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission of
the city of Chubbuck will hold a
public hearing to act upon the
following request:
1. A proposal by William Hun-
ziker, Jr. and John Lewis re-
questing a variance allowing
them to operate a used car Iot
known as L & H Auto Sales,
5058 Yellowstone Ave., using
a mobile trailer as an office.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given
an opportunity to be heard in
support of or in opposition to
the proposed change.
