NOCK COUNTY, IDAHO AP-
P RPRIA TING A SUM OF MONEY
DEEMED NECESSARY AND
SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY ALL
EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES
OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
FOR THE INTERIM OF JAN-
UARY 1, 1974 AND ENDING
MARCH 31, 1974 AND BE
KNOWN AS AN "INTERIM AP,
PROPRIATION ORDINANCE".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BAN -
NOCK COUNTY, IDAHO:
SFrTT()N 1. THAT THE SUM
OF $350,000.00 is hereby des.
ignated as sufficient funds for
the payment of expenses and
salaries until the "ANNUAL AP.
PROPRIATION ORDINANCE" is
passed.
.Section 2. That all ordinances
or resolutions or parts thereof
in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby expressly re-
pealed.
SectioL, , That this ordinance
shall take effect from and after
its passage, approval and pub-
lication, an emergency existing
therefor, which emergency is
hereby found and declared to
exist.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
