NOTICEOF
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE I5 HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 8th day of January,
1976, at the hour of B:00 o'clock
p.m in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, the
Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Chubbuck will hold a
public hearing to act upon the
following:
1. A proposal by Jeffrey and
Linda Barber requesting a zoning
variance be granted for the
purpose of allowing the operation
of a beauty shop in the basement
of their home at 224 James
Avenue.
2. A proposal by Velbert
Jackson requesting a variance to
allow the placement of a mobile
unit on his car sales lot at 4743
Yellowstone Avenue to be used as
an office.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support
of or in opposition to the proposed
change.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
