NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 4th day of December,
1975, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., in
the City Municipal Building, 5160
Yellwostine Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, the Planning and Zoning
Commission of theCity of
Chubbuck will hold a public
hearing to act upon the foilpwing:
1. it is requested by Edward J.
Berrett that the City. of
Chubbuck grant a variance for the
erection of a single dwelling unit
in a General Commercial {C-3}
zone, on property located at 4888
Valenfy Road.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support
of or in opposition to the propsed
change.
