NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 4th day of December,
1975, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock
p.m., in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho, the
Planning and Zoning commission
of the City of Chubbuck will hold a
public hearing to act upon the
following:
1. A request by Mobile Manor,
Inc., acting by and through
Rodney J. Parrush, for a variance
of zoning of Lot 11, Block 2 less the
west 60 feet andon Lot 22, Block 2,
less the west 60 feet, Mobile
Manor Subdivision, to allow the
placement of a mobile home on
each of these two lots as presently
located. The property is presently
zoned Mobile Home Residential
(R -2T).
2. A request by Mobile Manor,
Inc., acting by and through
Rodney J- Parrish, for a change of
zoning with respect to Lot 22,
Block 4, Mobile Manor Sub
division, to Mobile Home
Residential (R -2T). The property
is presently zoned Combined
Residential (R-2).
3. An application for a variance
to allow the use of a Mobile Home
as an office for Anderson
Trucking Company for a period of
one year. Mobile office will be
placed west and behind the Big
Indian Trailer Sales Lot, use will
also require parking of trucks at
this same location.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerl< of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
