NOTICE OFMUNICIPAL
ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,
That the General Election to be
held in and for the City of Chub -
buck, Idaho, will be held on
Tuesday, the 4th day of
November, 1975, on which day
Polls will he open from Noon until
8:00 o'clock P.M. at the following
designated Polling Place:
Municipal - Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho.
In order to vote at this election,
each voter must meet the
following requirements:
1. He must beat least 18 years of
age;
2. He must be a citizen of the
United States:
3. He must have registered for
the election or must have voted at
the last general municipal
election held by this City.
4. Is otherwise qualified under
Sections 85 and 86, Chapter 429,
1967 Idaho Session Laws.
(NOTE: However, if a voter has
moved from the precinct where he
last registered or voted in the last
general municipal election, he
must re -register.)
Municipal Electors may
register from and after the date of
posting this notice during regular
business hourson each day except
Sundays and Holidays until and
including Saturday next
preceding the election date. On
Thursday and Friay and Saturday
next preceding the above noticed
election, electors may register
be#ween the hours of 9:00 o'clock
A.M, and 5:00 o'clock P.M. and
between the hours of 7:00 o'clock
P.M. and 9:00 o'clock P.M.
The name of the Registrar and
places of registration are as
follows:

Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho.

was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of
America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
