PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 2nd day of October,
1975, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock
p.m., in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho the
Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Chubbuck will hold a
public hearing to act upon the
following:
1. A proposal by William
Armstrong, 128 Briscoe Road,
requesting a variance of zoning to
allow the development of his .
property at 5039 Yellowstone to be
developed commercially and
allowing the construction of ap-
proximately 32 storage units. The
