HomeMy WebLinkAbout07 23 1975 Public Hearing�6S PROOF OF PUBLICATION STATE OF IDAHO S5rr: County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING I NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN ) THAT on the 7th day of August, 1975, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m., in the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Chubbuck will hold a public hearing to act upon the following: 1_ A proposal by Edith L. Cahoon and Mrs. Lois Moeller requesting a variance of coning to allow the placement of a trailer home on property at 203 Burley Drive, owned by Edith L. Cahoon. The request is being made so their aging parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Honeycutt, can live in the trailer and will be close by daughter. 2. A proposal by Max F. Parrish, Secretary and General Counsel of Diversified Investment Group, Inc., requesting a con- ditional use or variance to permit the South 58' (feet) more or less of a piece of property which is 165 ft. x 455 ft. at the corner of Hawthorne and Chastain Drive, to be utilized for four-plex use. This property lies on the West side of Hawthorne Road in the 5000 Block. Interested citizens may appear and at the time will b0,given an opportunityto beheard in support of or in opposition to the proposed change. Dated this 21st day of July, 1975.
