NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING -
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THATon the2nd day of July, 1975,
at the hour of 8:90 o'clock p.m., in
the City Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of
Chubbuck will hold a public
hearing to act upon the following:
1. A proposal by Robert N.
Grimes, General Manager of
Highland Homes, requesting a
variance of zoning to use a Boise
Cascade Home as an office. The
proposed location is 4581
Yellowstone.
2. A proposal by Ralph J.
Henderson requesting a variance
of zoning to allow the develop-
ment of a Mobile Home Park on
the west side of Hiline Road and
lying immediately south of the
present Mobile Home Estates
Development. This property is
zoned Agricultural Transitional.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support
of or in opposition to the proposed
change.
