AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS
TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE
B O U N D A R I E S A N D
JURISDICTIONAL LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO; SPECIFYING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION
WHICH SHALL BE APPLIED TO
SAID LANDS NEWLY AN-
NEXED To THE CITY OF
CHUBBUCK; DIRECTING THE
CHUBBUCK CITY CLERK TO
COMPLY WITH THE FILING
REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED

THIS ORDINANCE SHALL
BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: Annexation. The
following described lands, located
within Bannock County and
contiguous to the existing
boundaries of the City of Chub
buck, Idaho, are hereby annexed
and included within the boun-
daries and jurisdictional limits of
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho:
A parcel in the Southwest 1/4,
Southwest '/4, Section 34, Town-
ship 5 South, Range 34 East, Boise
Meridian, Bannock County,
Idaho, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest
corner of Section 34, Township 5
South, Range 34 East, Boise
Meridian, thence South 89 degrees
45'20" East 996.5 feet to the Point
of Beginning; thence continuing
South 89 degrees 45'20" East 187.5
feet; thence North 0 degrees
34'40" East 373.31 feet; thence
North 89 degrees 45'20" West
205.54feet;thence South 2 degrees
11'23" East 373.64 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
SECTION 2: Zoning. The above-
described lands newly annexed to
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, shall
be subject to the zoning
classification of Combined
Residential -Livestock (R -2L)0.
SECTION 3: The Chubbuck City
Clerk is hereby directed to
comply with the filing
requirements contained in Idaho
Code section 63-2215.
SECTION 4: The rule
requiring ordinances to be read on
three separate days is hereby
dispensed with, and this or-
dinance shall become effective
upon its approval and publication
as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL
AND APPROVED BY THE
MAYOR of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, this 27th day of May, 1975.
