HomeMy WebLinkAbout04 16 1975 Public HearingPROOF OF PUBLICATION STATE OF IDAHO ss: County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 1st day of May, 1975 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m., in the City Municipal Building, 5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Chubbuck wilt hold a public hearing to act upon the following: 1. A proposal by Mark L. Bunce, 755 East Chubbuck Road requesting the property in the proposed Bunce Subdivision be zoned Residential -1 (one), legal description as follows: A tract of land described as the ET/2 of the E1/2 of the SWI/4 of Section 2, Township 6 South, Range 34 East, Boise Meridian. This property presently zoned Agricultural Transitional, 2.A proposal by Paul Matthews, 410 James Street requesting a variance of zoning to allow Mr. Matthews to build a 6 (six) foot high lumber constructed fence along the west side of his lot, which is on the corner of James Avenue and Stuart Avenue. Interested citizens may appear and at the time will be given an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to the proposed change. Dated this 15th day of April, 1975.
