HomeMy WebLinkAbout04 04 1975 Ord. 146PROOF OF PUBLICATION r STATE OF IDAHO ss'., County of Bannock ORDINANCE NO. 146 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, ANNEXING CERTAIN LANDS TO BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE B O U N D A R I E S A N D .JURISDICTIONAL LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO; SPECIFYING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS WHICH SHALL BE APPLIED TO SAID LANDS NEWLY AN- NEXED'TO THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK; DIRECTING THE CHUBBUCK CITY CLERK TO FILE CERTIFIED COPIES OF THIS ORDINANCE AND MAPS OF THE ALTERED BOUN- DARIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO, IN THE MANNER PRESCRIBED BY IDAHO CODE SECTIONS 50-223 AND 63-2215; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO: SECTION 1: Annexation. The following described lands, located within Bannock County and contiguous to the existing boundaries of the City of Chub - buck, Idaho, are hereby annexed and included within the boun- daries and jurisdictional limits of the City of Chubbuck,Idaho: Beginning at the South Quarter Corner of Section 34, T.5S., R.34E., B.M.; thence N89 degrees 45'20"W., along the South Section One of Section 34, 931.75 ft, to the Point of Beginning thence N89 degrees 45'20"W, 538.50 ft., thence NOdegrees 34'40" E., 373.31 ft.; thence N89 degrees 45'20"W, 205.54 ft.; thence N2 degrees 54'44"W., 592.60 ft.; thence N1 degrees 28'49"W., 886.92 ft.; thence N7 degrees 28'24"W., 428.97 ft.; thence N20 degrees 08'37"E., 170.01 ft.; thence N3 degrees 49'07" E., 197.25 ft.; thence S89 degrees 36'50" E., 1712.88 ft.; thence SO degrees 04'50"W, 22D5.08 ft., thence N 89 degrees 47'31"W, 930.81 ft., thence SO degrees 12'29"W 423.44 ft. to the Point of Beginning. Commencing at the South �/4 corner of Section 34, T T,5S., R.34E., B.M.; thence N89 degrees 45'20" W along the South Section I ine of Section 34, 931.75 ft. ; thence NO degrees 12'29"E, 423.44 ft,; thence S89 degrees 47' 31" E, 930.81 ft.; .thence SO degrees 04'50"W, 424.03 ft. to the Point of Beginning. SECTION 2: Zoning. A. The following described lands newly annexed to the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, shall be subject to the zoning classification of Combined Residential (R-2): Beginning at the South Quarter Corner of Section 34, T,5S., R.34E., B.M.; thence N89 degrees 45'20"W., along the South Section line of Section 34, 931.75 ft. to the Point of Beginning thence N89degrees 45'20"W, 538.50 ft.; thence NO degrees 34'40"E., 373.31 ft.; thence N89 degrees 45'20"W, 205.54 ft.; thence N2 degrees 54'44"W., 592.60 ft.; thence N1 degree 28'49" W., 886.92 ft.; <V,.- K1 7 1------ Katherine Wanner --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- being first duly sworn on oath deposes and says: That ----------- She -_-------- was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States of America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Cleric of THE IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation therein.
