ORDINANCE NO. 147
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK
COUNTY, IDAHO APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS
OF MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO
DEFRAY ALL EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY
OF CHUBBUCK FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON
SHE 1st DAY OF JANUARY, 1975, AND ENDING ON THE 31st
DAY OF DECEMBER, 1975, AND DESIGNATING THE DIF-
FERENT FUNDS TO WHICH THE REVENUES RECEIVED
DURING SAID FISCAL YEAR SHALL BE CREDITED AND
FROM WHICH EXPENSES SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID,
AND KNOWN AS THE "ANNUAL APPROPRIATION OR-
DINANCE OF 1975,"; PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 50-1003, Idaho Code; PROVIDING FOR THIS OR-
DINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER ITS PASSAGE, AP-
PROVAL AND PUBLICATION ACCORDING TO LAW.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR
AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION OF IDAHO, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following funds are hereby designated as
the proper funds into which all revenues accruing to the City of
Chubbuck from all sources shall be paid during the fiscal year
beginning on the 1st day of January, 1975 and ending on the 31st
day of December, 1975:
GENERAL FUND—WATERWORKS FUND --SEWER
REVENUE FUND
Section 2: That the following sums of money are hereby
appropriated from the General Fund for the payment of all
general expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal
year: 60

413 --Fire Control & Prevention
424—Building Inspection&Administration 6,000.00
430—Transportation-Highway, Streets & Roads 67,130.90

452—Health & Welfare 6,175.00
490 --Other Governm ntal Purposes 65,698.38
TOTAL GENERAL FUND 367,437.60
Section 3: That the following sums of money are hereby
appropriated from the Waterworks Fund for the payment of all
waterworks expenses, garbage sanitation expenses and sewage
expenses of the City of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year:
434—Waterworks-Salaries & Administration 146,974.74
433—San itation -Salaries & Administration 41,672.55
435—Sewage-Salaries & Administration 196,722.24
TOTAL WATERWORKS FUND 385,369.53
Section 4: That the following sums of money are hereby
appropriated from the Sewer Revenue Fund for the payment of
all sewer construction expenses of the City of Chubbuck during
aforesaid fiscal year. 185,000.00
435—Sewer-Construction 935,807.13
TOTAL OF ALL FUNDS
Section 5: That all Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof,
in conflict herewith are expressly repealed; That the rule
requiring ordinances to be read on three separate days is hereby
dispensed with, and this ordinance shall become effective upon
its approval and publication as provided by law.
