AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO,
EXCLUDING CERTAIN
DESCRIBED LANDS FROM I
THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO; SETTING FORTH THE
BOUNDARIES, AS ALTERED,
OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK,
IDAHO; AND PROVIDING
WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO:
SECTION 1: That the following
described lands are hereby ex-
cluded from the corporate limits
of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
and no longer shall be deemed to
fall within the territorial boun-
daries of said City:
A parcel of land lying in Section
11, Township 6 South, Range 34
East, Boise Meridian, Bannock
county, Idaho, more accurately
described as: the South half of the
Southeast quarter; excepting
there from that portion of land in
the Interstate 15 right-of-way.
A parcel of land lying in Section
11, Township 6 South, Range 34
East, Boise, Meridian, Bannock
County, Idaho, more accurately
described as: the Northwest
quarter.of the Southeast quarter;
and the Southwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of the Nor-
theast quarter of the Southeast
quarter; excepting there from
that portion of land in the Inter-
state 15 right-of-way.
SECTION 2: That the boun-
daries of the City of Chubbuck,
Idaho, as altered, are set forth in
"Appendix A" attached to this
ordinance,
SECTION 3: That the rule
requiring ordinances to be read on
three separate days is hereby
dispensed with, and this or-
dinance shall become effective
upon its approval and publication
as provided by law.
