NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THATonthe3rd day of April, 1975
at the hour if 8:00 o'clock p.m., in
the City Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of
Chubbuck will held a public
hearing to act upon the following:
1. A proposal by Karen and
Robert Kennedy requesting a
zoning variance to operate their
business of Custom Drapery at
5122 Hawthorne Road. This
property lies in a Residential -2
(two) zone.
2. A proposal by C. Roger
Seaton requesting a zoning
variance to allow the develop-
ment of a 168 unit Mobile Home
Park on the west side of Hiiine
Road and lying immediately
South of the present Mobile home
Estates development. This
property is zoned Agricultural
Transitional.
3. A proposal by Francis R.
Beck requesting a zoning
variance which will allow him to
construct a four foot chain link
fence across the front of his
property and along east side of his
property at 761 West Chubbuck
Road.

Interested Citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support
of or in opposition to the proposed
change.

therein.
