that the City Council of the City of
Chubbuck, Idaho will hold a
special meeting and conduct a
public hearing on the question of
whether to enact an ordinance
annexing the following lands to,

Notice if further given that if,
and only if, the City Council
decides that it will enact an or-
dinance annexing sai0 landsto the
city, it will then also consider
during the same special meeting
and public nearing the question of
what zoning classification (s) will
be adopted with respect to said
Iands.
6. The special meeting and public
hearing will be held at 8:00 p.m..
March 18, 1975, at the Chubbuck
City Offices, 5160 Yellowstone,
Chubbuck,ldaho.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunity to be heard in support
of or in opposition to the proposed
change.
