NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 6th day of March,
1975 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock
p.m., in the City Municipal
Building, 5160 Yellowstone
Avenue, Chubbuck, Idaho the
Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Chubbuck wil I hold a
public hearing to act upon the
following:
1. A proposal by Dr. Ralph
Paniagua-Diaz requesting ap-
proval of a variance to permit Dr.
Paniagua-Diaz to operate his
office and business in his
residence, 4559 Ponderosa Street,
Chubbuck,ldaho.
2. A proposal by Dorman
Fennor for a variance to allow
him to use a mobile home for
office space until the time when a
new office facility can be built.
Mr. Fenner requests the variance
for a twelve (12) month period,
starting March 1, 1975.
Interested citizens may appear
and at the time will be given an
opportunityto be heard in support
of or in opposition to the proposed
change.

therein.
