sealed bids for a self propelled
street sweeper will be received
by the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
at the office of the City clerk, '
5150 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho, until 4:00 P.M.,
Thursday, January 12, 1978 at
which time the bids must be
presented or otherwise delivered
under sealed cover marked
"street sweeeper bid,,, and must
contain one of the following
forms of bidder's security in the
amount of five per cent (5%) of
the amount bid; cash, cashier's
Check payable to city, or bidder's
bond executed by qualified surety
company payable to city. The
city reserves the right to reject
any and all bids, or to accept
the lowest responsible bid, or any
item of any such bid, deemed
most advantageous to the city.
Specifications for the street
sweeper may be obtained at the
City Engineers Office, Sitio Yet.
