Sealed bids for a trailer mounted
high velocity hydraulic sewer
cleaning machine will be received
by the City of Chubbuck, Idaho,
at the office of the City Clerk,
5160 Yellowstone Avenue, Chub -
buck, Idaho, until 8:00 P.M.,
Tuesday, October lith, 1977 at
which time the bids must be
presented or otherwise delivered
under sealed cover marked 'sew-
er cleaner bid', and must contain
oneof the following forms of bid-
der's security in the amount of
five per cent (5%) of the amount
bid; cash, cashier's check paya-
ble to city, or bidder's bond exe
cuted by qualified surety compa-
ny payable to city. The city re -
Serves the right to reject any and
all bids, or to accept the lowest
responsible bid, or any item of,
any such bid, deemed most ad-
vantageous to the city.
