ING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 6th day of
October, 1977 at the hour of
8:00 o'clock p.m., in the -City
Municipal Building, 5160 Yel-
lowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of
Chubbuck will hold a public
hearing to act upon the follow-
ing:
I. Donnell and Michele Davies,
257 Henry Street, requests a
variance from zoning to allow
them a two foot side yard. A
discrepency of property line
has been determined since
their garage was built. The
property is presently zoned
Combined Residential (R-2).
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to foregoing item,.
and at the time indicated will
be given an opportunity to be
heard in support of or in
opposition to the proposal.
