AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, BANNOCK""
COUNTY, IDAHO, APPROPRIATING THE SEVERAL SUMS OF
MONEY DEEMED NECESSARY AND SUFFICIENT TO DEFRAY 1 on oath deposes and says: That -

1978, AND DESIGNATING THE DIFFERENT FUNDS TO WHICH
SHALL BE DRAWN AND PAID, AND KNOWN'AS THE "ANNUAL 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF FISCAL 1978" PURSUANT TO
THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50-1003, IDAHO _ CODE: NAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
PROVIDING FORTHISORDINANCE TO TAKE EFFECT AFTER

propriated from the Sewer Revenue Bond and Interest Fund, Series Residence: Pocatello, Idaho
10-1-72, for the payment of all bonds and interest due on sewer system
project of the city of Chubbuck during aforesaid fiscal year.

Section e: That all Ordinances, Resolutions, or parts thereof, in
conflict herewith are expressly repealed; That the rule requiring
ordinances to be read on three separate days is hereby dispensed
with, and this Ordinance shall become effective upon its approval and
publication as provided by law.

city of Chubbuck, Idaho, this6th day DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1977.
