Sealed bids will be received by the
City of Chubbuck, Idaho, at the
Municipal Building, 5169
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday,
September 27, 1977, at which time
bids duly submitted will be opened
and read for the following item:
One new 1977 "police package"
intermediate -sized four -door sedan.
Further specifications available
from Arnold Stone, Chief of Police,
Chubbuck Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone, Chubbuck, Idaho.
All bids must be presented or
Otherwise delivered under sealed
cover, and must contain one of the
following forms of bidder's security
in the amount of five per cent (5) of
the bid amount: cash, cashier's
check payable to the City, certified
check payable to the City, or bid-
der's bond executed by a qualified
surety company payable to the City.
The City reserves the right to reject
any and all bids, Or to accept the
lowest responsible bid, or any item
Of any such bid, deemed most ad-
vantageous to the City.

America, more than 21 years of age, and the Principal Clerk of THE
IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
