NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
on the 1st day of September, 1977 at
the hour of 8 p.m., in the City
Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Chubbuck
will hold public hearings to act upon
the following:
1. Dee Stalder and Stan Zweigart
requests a variance from zoning to
allow Stan Zweigart to operate a
worm farm on the property at 910
West Chubbuck Road. No new
buildings Of construction would be
needed and only existing structures
would be used. Dee Stalder is owner
of the property. The property is
presently zoned Combined
Residential -Livestock i R-2Lf.
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given an op,
portunity to be heard in support of or
in opposition to proposal.
