NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
on the 9th day of August, 1977, at the
hour of 8;00 p.m., in the City
Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, the City Council of the City of
Chubbuck will hold a public
hearing to act upon the appeal from
the ruling from the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the City of
Chubbuck on the following item:
I.
Belva Adolphson, Route North,
Box 17, Pocatello, Idaho has
requested a variance from zoning
regulations to allow the placement
of mobile homes on the lot west of
5423 Yellowstone and also on parcel
of property situated between 5411
Yellowstone and 127 Briscoe Road.
The property is situated in an area
zoned General Commercial (C3)
and is owned by Belva Adolphson.
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to the foregoing item,
and at the time indicated will be
given an opportunity to be heard in
support of or in opposition to the
proposal.
