NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF CHUBS UCK,
IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT
on the 7th day of July, 1977, at the
hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. in the City
Municipal Building, 5140
Yellowstone . Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Chubbuck
will hold public hearings to act upon
the following:
1. Belva Adolphson, Route 2 North,
Box 17, Pocatello, Idaho, has
requested a variance from zoning
regulations to allow the placement
of mobile homes on the lost west of
5423 Yellowstone and between 5411
Yellowstone and 127 Briscoe Road.
Property is presently zoned General
Commercial (C-3). Belva Adolphson
is the owner of property on which the
variances are being requested.
2. Mrs. Margaret Ohlin, 4855 Joy,
has requested a variance from
zoning to keep their present animals
on their property. Property is
presently zoned Combined
Residential (R-2).
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of or
in opposition to each proposal.
