CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that
on the 2nd day of June, 1977, a1 the
hour of 6:00 P -M., in the City
Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Chubbuck
will hold public hearings to act upon
the following
1. AI and Arlene Pierce, 4806
Hawthorne Road, has requested a
variance from zoning regulations to
allow them to keep and maintain the
fence they have iust installed. The
property is presently zoned Com-
bined Residential-Livesto
2. Terry Lee Gardner, 324 Henry,
has requested a variance from
zoning regulations to allow him to
place a building within 2 feet of his
property line. The property is
presently zoned Combined
Residential (R-2). ear
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given

in opposition to each proposal.
