That property located east of Hiline
Road between East Chubbuck Road
and Interstate 15W to a depth of
approximately 300 feet, all located in
Section 11, Township h South, Range
34 E B.M., in the City of Chubbuck,
Bannock County, Idah.
The property is situated in an area
zoned Agricuitural -Transitional (A-
T).
Interested citizens may appear
with regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of or
