NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE 15 HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 5th day of May, 1977, at
the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m., in the
City Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck
Idaho the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Chubbuck
will hold a public hearing to act
upon the following:
1. A proposal by Melvin A.
Christensen requesting a variance
Of zoning 10 allow the placement of a
mobile home on his property at 241
West linden. The request is being
made to al low his elderly mother the
privacy and privilege of her own
home. However she would need his
assistance in case of an emergency.
He resides at 251 West Linden. The
property is presently zoned Multiple
Family Residential Livestock (R -
4L).
Interested citizens may appear and
at the time will ge given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of
or in opposition to the proposed
request.
