HomeMy WebLinkAbout03 29 1977 Public HearingPROOF OF PUBLICATION STATE OF IDAHO 55 County of Bannock NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 14th day of April, 1977, at the hour of 8:00 p.m., in the City Municipal Building, 5161] Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck Idaho, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Chubbuck will hold public hearings to act upon the following: 1. John L. Holman, on behalf of C&H Investments, of Pocatello, Idaho, has requested a conditional use permit to construct a four- plex residential unit at 5262 Lucky Street in Chubbuck. A trailer on the premises would be relocated on the same premises. The property is situated in an area zoned Mobile Home Residential (R -2T). 2. Pablo Hernandez has requested a variance from zoning regulations to allow the Placement of a mobile home on Property located at 5411 Yellowstone Avenue, in Chub - buck. The property is situated in area zoned General Commercial (c-3). 3. Kent J. Parrish, in his capacity as President of Land Investments, Inc, has requested that the following property (a) be re -zoned Neighborhood Com- mercial (C-1), or (b) be re -zoned or granted a variance, as ap- propriate, for placement of mobile homes: That property located east of Hiline Road between East Chubbuck Road and interstate 15W to a depth of approximately 300 feet, all located in Section 11, Township 6 South, Range 34 E,B.M., in the City of Chubbuck, Bannock County,ldaho. The property is situated in an area zoned Agricultural - Transitional (A -T), Interested citizens may appear with regard to any or all of the foregoing items, and at the time indicated will be given an op. portunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to each proposal.
