HEARINGS
NOTICE €S HEREBY GIVEN
THAT on the 3rd day of March,
1977 at The hourof 8:00 p.m., in the
City Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of
Chubbuck will hold public
hearings to act upon the
following:
1. A proposal by Arthur L. and
Betty Howeli, 769 Lou, requesting
a variance to allow them to
operate a pre-school center for
children, ages 3 to 5 years, at 4909
Joy Street. Property is zoned
Combined Residential (R-2),
Arthur L. and Betty Howell are
contract purchasers of property
at 4909 Joy Street,
2. Rick Lee Slaven, 244 Stuart
Avenue, has requested a variance
to allow the placement of a mobile
home for residential purposes at
147 W. Linden. Property is zoned
Multiple Family Residential -
Livestock (R -4L).
Interested citizens may appear
With regard to any or all of the
foregoing items, and at the time
indicated will be given an op-
portunity to be heard in support of
or in opposition to each proposal.
