ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDA140
Sealed bids will be received by
the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, at
the Office of the City Clerk, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, urtil 8:00 P.M., Tuesday,
February 8, 1977, at which time
bids duty submitted will be
opened and read, for the project
listed below, All bids must be
Presented or otherwise delivered
under sealed cover, and must
contain one of the following forms
of bidder's security in the amount
of five per cent (5 per cent) of the
bid amount: cash, cashier's check
payable to the City, certified
Check payable to the City, or
bidder's bond executed by a
qualified surety company payable
to the City. The City reserves the
right to reject any and all bids, or
to accept the lowest responsible
bid; or any item of any such bid,
deemed most advantageous to the
City.
The project consists of all
materials, labor, tools and
equipment to install smooth,
carbon steel, 24 inch diameter,
schedule 10 casing under Inter-
state Highway 15, Two sections of
casing to be installed; one under
the northbound lanes and one
under the southbound lanes.
Location of the casing to be just
south of the Chubbuck Road
overpass. Each section will be
approximately 70 feet in length.
Sections of casing to be joined by
full penetration water -tight welds.
Excavation and backfilling of
boring pits to be done by others.

IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, a daily newspaper, printed and published at
Pocatello, Bannock County, Idaho, and having a general circulation
therein.
That the document or notice, a true copy of which is attached, was
published in the said IDAHO STATE JOURNAL, on the following dates,
