NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 25th day of January,
1977, at the hour of 8:00 P.M., in
the Municipal Building, 5160
Yellowstone Avenue, Chubbuck,
Idaho, the Chubbuck City Council
will hold a public hearing upon
whether the following lands
should be annexed to the City and
what zoning classification should
be applied to the lands proposed to
be annexed in the event of an-
nexation :
"Beginning at the South
Quarter corner of Section 4,
Township 6 South, Range 34 E=ast,
Boise Meridian; Thence North
Odegreel8'15" West along the
Center Meridional line of said
Section 4, 25.00 feet to the North
right of way line of Chubbuck
Road; Thence North
89degree54'00" West along said
right of way line, 512.79 feet to the
true point of beginning; Thence
North 89degree54'00" West along
said right of way line 803.54 feet;
Thence North 0degree20'47" West
2626.56 feet to the Latitudinal
centerline of said section; Thence
North 89degree52'56" East along
said Latitudinal Centerline 807.62
feet; Thence South Odegreel6'34"
East, 2629.55 feet to the true point
of beginning."
The foregoing property is
commonly known as the Aztec
Park Subdivision, The City
Planning and Zoning Commission
has recommended zoning the
property Combined Residential
(R-2). Interested citizens may
appear at the time and place
indicated, and will be given an
opportunity to be heard with
regard to the foregoing item.
