HomeMy WebLinkAbout01 14 1977 Ord. 174PROOF- OF PUBLICATION STATE OF IDAHO ss: County of Bannock LEGAL ADVERTISEMENTS INTERIM APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 174 AN ORDINANCE TERMED THE INTERIM APPROPRIATION BILL, APPROPRIATING MONEY IN SUCH SUM AND SUMS AS ARE DEEMED NECESSARY TO DEFRAY ALL PROPER EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF CHUBBUCK, IDAHO NOT OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR, FOR THE INTERIM PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 1977 UNTIL THE ANNUAL AP- PROPRIATION ORDINANCE IS APPROVED, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF 50-1005, IDAHO CODE. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Chubbuck,fdaho: Section 1: That there is ap- propriated out of any money in the City Treasury, for the purpose of defraying the necessary expenses and liabilities of the City of Chubbuck, Idaho, for the interim Period beginning January 1, 1977, until the annual appropriation ordinance is approved, the sum and sums of money or so much thereof as may be necessary for the following amount, to -wit; General Fund 110,000.00 Water, Sewer & Sanitation Fund 115,000.00 Sewer Revenue Bond & Int. 30,000.00 Sewer Construction Fund 24,000.00 Water Revenue Bond & Int. 7,500.00 Water Revenue Bond, Const. & Acquisition Fund 40 Total Amount 26,500 040 Section 2: That all ordinances or resolutions or parts thereof in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby expressly repealed. Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effectfrom and after its passage, approval and publication, an emergency existing therefor, which emergency is hereby found and declared to exist.
